How Does It Work?
When you click “Buy Now” you will be asked to complete the training program consultation form before you confirm the payment, this is so I can get onto creating your program as soon as possible. The consultation form is designed to provide me with all the information I need to create the best possible training program that is specific to your body, goals and lifestyle.
If you have already purchased the training program and wish to update it for a discounted price then all you need to do is click “update” and fill out the consultation provided. I recommend doing updates every 4 weeks in order to prevent your body from hitting a plateau.
