Returns policy

  • Our returns policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.
  • If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
  • Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tags must be attached and original packaging needs to be intact.
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
  • Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed

If the return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you. Please be aware that refunds do take time to clear, depending on the payment method it can generally 1-5 business days after we officially action the refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you are returning a faulty or damaged item please contact Iron Playground Support to discuss the issue. You must contact us within 21 days of delivery, anything beyond this time with be considered wear and tear and unfortunately will not be replaced.

Incorrect Items Received

If we made a mistake with your order please contact Iron Playground Support. We will request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made.


If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our refund policy above and include exchange instructions/order number with the return. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock we will refund the item returned.

Please be aware:

  • We do not accept returns for Sale/Clearance items.
  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
  • If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
